During the course of applying the Atlante method, i perceived external movement, feeling in some parts of my movement, more than in other parts. I almost felt at ending a great heat throughout the body, then the head. Until there. All good. My sleep was normal (I sleep very well), however at dawn I had a dream that i was looking for information, (it was not very clear), I woke up and went to the bathroom and continued sleeping. The same dream was expressed again in my dream, only now I saw several folders with information, I imagine my own, because I hugged the folders and I kind of collected them. There was other things but I forgot both dreams very quickly, I only remember what I mention here. In the course of the day I could see that I released a situation.
